Joanne co-wrote Baby Massage for Dummies a hands-on manual for bonding with your baby through massage. She promotes massage as an enjoyable method for parents to bond with their babies. Infant massage is also a powerful way for new parents to bond with their baby because skin to skin contact facilitates the release of oxytocin, the attachment hormone.
